Bay Area Tour

Traveling Jazzman Anthony Thomas Martinez makes his California debut, joined by a talented group of Bay Area musicians. Originally from San Antonio, TX, Anthony Thomas will be sharing original compositions from his recent albums “Live At The Palladium” and “An Owl’s Tale” as well as fresh takes on some of his favorite jazz standards.

Alongside long-time musical comrade Vincent De Jesus on drums and percussion, they have assembled a special group of Bay Area musicians to create a band they call “The Hustle.” Embodying the everyday hustle and struggles of working people everywhere, their sound is deeply rooted in Jazz language and a heavy Blues lineage. Fused with Soul, Hip-Hop, Neo-Soul and Afro-Latin ingredients, their intention is to preserve the faith through the musical traditions of their ancestors.
